Consultation fee is competitive and attorney was helpful. Office lacked organization and professionalism however. Booked a phone consultation and was told confirmed at day and time. No confirmation email which is fine. At appt time, no call from office. Waited 15min until I called the office. No acknowledgment of the delay but connected me with attorney who sounded like he was on a walk outside but was apparently waiting for my call(?). Would have been nice to know that before hand. My understanding is that unless explicitly told otherwise, it is expected that the professional service provider calls the client.
