Thankful for the Kuck Baxter team and their excellent work in filing my application for permanent residency. I had absolute trust in attorney Jorge Gavilanes from the start and knew that everything would be taken care of as needed. The entire process was done online and took less than a month to file which exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Ms. Valeria Maya as her clear communication made the process super easy and smooth. She completed tasks with high attention and detail which assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I am more than happy to have had chosen this amazing team.

PROFESSIONAL • KNOWLEDGEABLE • COMPASSIONATE • I HIGHLY RECOMMEND It is immediately clear just how much this law firm cares - not just about immigration law - but about people. It’s not just what they say - it’s what they do. I’ve been lucky enough to have access to Dustin Baxter as my attorney for the last few years and I have nothing but the utmost respect for him. Even when he didn’t have to - he helped me and responded to all my emails. I am thankful for his knowledge and professionalism. Another incredible professional in their firm is Anna Mendoza (no relation). She’s been on top of my case offering updates and guidance in a very timely manner. I had some questions that came about last minute and she took the time to call me and ease my concerns. I am thankful for her time and compassion throughout this process. Charles Kuck also offers live sessions on Facebook that are very informative and the passion he has for immigration law comes through the screen.

I had a great experience working with the law firm. Every person working there was helpful in one way or another throughout the years with my case. Jorge Gavilanes is a great lawyer. I also want to highlight Yuri Pineda-Sosa. She was my paralegal and she went above and beyond for me every step of the way. Anytime I had a question she set me at ease and provided me with information and encouraging words. My case is resolved and I cannot thank them enough.

I contacted Kuck Baxter five years ago to assist me with my immigration process. Throughout that time, we went through several stages, from the initial application to renewals, and ultimately to the successful completion of my case. During the entire process, the firm, and especially my attorney, Danielle Claffey, guided me through the preparation and filing of all required forms. They consistently followed up on every step, kept me informed, and always responded to my questions in a timely, clear, and professional manner. I am truly grateful to Danielle and the entire Kuck Baxter team for their support, guidance, and professionalism. Thanks to their help, I was able to successfully complete this important process. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking knowledgeable, reliable, and professional immigration legal support.

My husband and I worked with Kuck Baxter for the final stages of our green card application. We chose their firm because of their commitment to practicing immigration law by immigrants, for immigrants, and their proven track record of success. The team we worked with was knowledgeable, fiscally transparent, and supportive throughout the entire process. Through the roadblocks and difficulties of our case they took the time to answer our questions, explain each step, and made us feel confident that our case was in good hands. An extra shoutout to Jorge and Valeria for their guidance. I'm happy to share that our case is now one of their success stories since my husband has officially been approved for his green card! I highly recommend starting with them from the beginning of your immigration process.
