Peter is such a good lawyer! The green card application process is stressful, especially in the current political climate. Peter put our minds at ease from the very beginning. He was thorough and patient in walking us through the process, and we felt supported the whole way. He is on top of everything! He responds to emails so fast. He was thorough in preparing us for the interview and on top of all the paperwork. He came with us to the interview and helped us feel safe and relaxed during it. He has good relationships with the immigration officers and was able to provide timely follow ups with our officer after our interview, and provided us with updates. My case was approved, and we could not be more thankful for everything Peter did for us! Highly recommend his services if you are looking for an immigration lawyer. I fully intend on hiring him again when I apply for citizenship!

When we began my husband’s green card journey, I was hesitant about if we really needed a lawyer since we are both detail oriented people and thought we might be able to handle our case ourselves. For anyone needing an immigration attorney to help and assist in navigating USCIS, I cannot offer a greater recommendation than Peter Kyong. From our initial interview with Peter I had no doubt that Peter would be our attorney. That knowing started with his staff who were friendly, responsive and informative. During our initial encounter, Peter was warm, engaging and asked very pointed questions which indicated to me his knowledge and expertise. Once we engaged Peter as our attorney to help with our petition for our green card, he provided us with a very detailed understanding of every step. Peter and his staff made sure that every T was crossed and every i was dotted. Our application for adjustment of stays was flawless. Peter prepared us for our USCIS interview which made the entire experience completely manageable. From the time we submitted our application to receiving our green card took only 3 months. I know it was because Peter made sure every detail was accounted for. Peter cares about his clients. And finally, the most pleasantly surprising part of our time with Peter is how responsive he is. When we would reach out with a communication request or a question, we would typically hear back within an hour or two.
