Mr. Holly went above expectations for me and my legal needs. He gave me a 2nd chance at life. He handled everything from beginning to end with knowledge and professionalism. Took care of every car in 3 counties. He could have ended our legal services relationship in DE, rightfully so. Instead went out of his way to help me with my PA situation also. I had not just one but two in PA. Best outcome possible and when he told me anything he made sure to follow thru and never let me down. I'm beyond grateful.

I engaged Lacy Holly to represent me and seven other co-owners in the sale of an inherited commercial property in Newark. Despite paying over $10,000 in legal fees, Mr. Holly failed to advise us about critical environmental liabilities that follow title holders or recommend necessary environmental inspections that could have protected us from substantial liability. This oversight nearly exposed us to significant financial risk. When asked about potential liabilities we might face as involuntary title holders, Mr. Holly never mentioned environmental concerns—information we later had to learn from our real estate broker. He also misrepresented our contractual rights regarding the deposit recovery when a sale fell through, recommending a 75/25 split despite contractual provisions supporting full recovery. Most concerning was Mr. Holly's reaction when questioned—he attempted to terminate representation without notice, only communicating this decision to one of eight clients. Professional legal representation should include protecting clients from foreseeable risks, especially involuntary title holders with no choice in ownership. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of this standard, resulting in extended carrying costs, additional property taxes, and significant stress to the property sale.

We experienced an extreme lack of professionalism. I am sure this firm has a place in this world, but never again in ours. I would not recommend their services to anyone under any circumstance.
