I want to share my interaction with this firm. I got referred to Peggy through Boston Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) on a potential contract dispute litigation. I emailed Peggy and she gave me an appointment/consultation about 4 weeks out. On the day of the appointment, Peggy called me promptly at the appointed time and after a brief discussion that also involved one of her associates, she decided not to take my case. While I respect the decision, I felt she and her colleague were rather perfunctory and never took the time to understand the particulars of my issue, before making an informed decision (it was supposed to be a 30 min consultation - ended after less than 10 minutes). Additionally, it was very apparent to me that they muted me for a good chunk of the conversation - I continued to talk and it felt I was talking to a wall - They were not listening to me because they were talking with each other. I could clearly tell I was muted because their line went dead silent. This type of conversation should be interactive, so I am not sure why Peggy chose such a rude way to interact with a potential client. Additionally, once they went off of mute, I could tell they were not listening by the redundant follow up questions Peggy posed. All in all, Peggy and her colleague were utterly unprofessional, inconsiderate of my time (I had waited more than 4 weeks for the appointment), and overall disrespectful and unbecoming of a member of the bar. I would not recommend it to anyone because, even though I may have been a faceless prospect, my treatment at her hands is most likely symptomatic of her real approach to clients. Lastly, they were also deceptive in offering a free 30 minute consultation through LRS and not honoring it.

I went to LaFountain & Wollman for help with a unique estate issue. Attorney Vosilla was assigned my case and was wonderful to work with! He took the time to explain the situation and all options to get to resolution. He was clear with his communication and efficient in his work. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

Michael Vosilla has assisted us with immigration issues and with our green card application. Our cases were straightforward but he was still very helpful with ensuring that all was done correctly so our applications went smoothly. He has continued to provide support and thoughtful guidance for us on immigration issues.

I had an excellent experience working with Peggy. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understand my options at every step. Her attention to details and knowledge gave me confidence throughout the process. I truly felt that my best interests were being represented. I highly recommend Peggy to anyone in need of legal support.

Peggy is fantastic. She helped us draw a solid and thorough commercial lease. She communicated with all parties and made sure everything was squared away. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Look forward to working with her again in the near future.
