I am very impressed. I called in over the weekend with an urgent matter and Mr. Land called me back pretty much right away. He spent the time necessary on his weekend to diagnose my problem and really helped me. It turned out that he couldnt help me formally and I appreciated that honesty but he led me int he right direction with a good action plan and I am very grateful. Joe really helped my brother a while back. His communication skills are exemplary for someone in his field and he really cares. I came away a really crappy situation with a respect of how someone can go into battle day in and day out with such emotions on the line and actually care about what you are doing.
