I sent a friend there thinking that Miss Davenport would be able to help instead she was overly judgmental, did not want to listen, was on the phone and my friend left in tears feeling like she could not be even heard during a consultation. Total waste of $350. Had the nerve to tell my friend that has battled through abuse that oh you dropped the restraining order so you must’ve not been too afraid of him. There are thousands and thousands of women that get conned or manipulated into dropping restraining orders and end up getting abused even more. Such a sad thing for a lawyer to say.

Laura is an amazing family law attorney! Her paralegal, Monique, is just as experienced with family law matters particularly with the 15th JDC in Lafayette. Together, they bring a high level of legal expertise paired with compassion and care to all of their clients. They will respond to you in the most timely fashion and keep your case moving forward with constant communication both by phone calls and emails.
