I don’t think I’ll ever forget the kindness Merlaine Mosley showed me during one of the most heartbreaking chapters of my life. When my mom was dying and in the months after, Merlaine guided me with such patience, gentleness, and clarity that I genuinely felt supported in a way I didn’t expect from a lawyer. She walked me through what to expect with Medicaid estate recovery without ever making me feel rushed, silly, or alone. Her compassion is real- you can feel it the moment you talk with her; you can show up exactly as you are and be met with acceptance, respect and warmth. Merlaine is extraordinary! She made an unbearable time feel a little more navigable, and I’m so grateful for her. Amazing service! Merlaine Mosley is dedicated and thorough in her approach to dealing with customers. My conversations with Mosley took into consideration my knowledge (or lack of) and consisted of making sure I was at ease with the topics of discussion and that I understood the many options available and what factors could impact personal needs and planning.
