I retained Attorney Rachel Matos in August of this year, paying a $4,000 retainer with the expectation of receiving dedicated and professional representation in my family law case. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my time as a client, I encountered ongoing issues with communication, a lack of follow-through, and minimal effort toward advancing my case. Meetings were canceled at the last minute, and I was never given the opportunity to meet with Attorney Matos in person, despite multiple requests. I ultimately felt unsupported and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. In my opinion, the level of service I received did not reflect the professionalism or care expected from a family law practice, especially given the sensitivity of the matter. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before retaining this firm.

I would highly recommend Attorney Alex Nesson. I had several other Attorneys prior to hiring Attorney Nesson to represemt me for my guardianship case. Even before I hired him he gave me sound advice that became a big help as my case went on. He was thorough and kept me informed about the process of my case. I often had alot of questions, and after he answered them , he always asked did I understand what he was saying. As some parts of my case were complex. Susan was also very helpful. She responded to my emails in a timely manner. Alex's knowledge helped me to remain as the Guardian.
