I want to share my honest experience with my attorney Megan Friesinger and my paralegal Christian Cunningham. After being in a 16-year marriage, I needed help to finally move on. As an immigrant married to a U.S. citizen, the process felt overwhelming, especially with valuable assets involved and an uncooperative spouse. But thanks to these two incredible women, I never felt alone. Megan and Christian fought for me day and night. They listened, gave sound advice, and guided me every step of the way — even when my husband tried to make things as hard as possible. They showed me strength, patience, and how to handle such a difficult situation with confidence. Although the divorce could have been completed in five months, the delays caused by his refusal to cooperate made it take longer. But through it all, they remained patient, supportive, and persistent — and in the end, we got it done. I am beyond grateful and finally feel free and at peace. These amazing, powerful women helped me through one of the hardest times in my life, and I’ll forever appreciate their compassion and dedication. If you’re going through a tough situation, don’t hesitate to trust them. They’ll fight for you and get the job done.
Where to begin. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful Megan and Christian were throughout my divorce aka the worst time in my entire life. I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I was lost, confused and distraught to say the least. This was truly such a horrible and heartbreaking time in my life. Megan and Christian, the ultimate girl team, were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They guided me through a very difficult divorce with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication every step of the way. From our first meeting, I felt supported and informed they explained everything in detail and always made time to answer my questions. They took the time to explain every step, answered my endless questions with patience, and made sure I never felt alone or lost in the process. They were also contentious of their time because hello, lawyers are expensive. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me real confidence throughout the process. They were fair, transparent about fees, and genuinely cared about helping me reach the best outcome possible. They handled this case with both skill and empathy. Also, we reached the best possible outcome. They were just great. 10/10 cannot recommend enough. Important: I truly felt that they cared about my well-being and my future, not only just the outcome of the case. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Megan and Christian.
I could not give a higher recommendation. From the start, Megan and her team were compassionate and immediately began helping me with my case. Their work was prompt and efficient. Every step of the way, they made sure that I understood the process and ensured that they were meeting the goals we had set from the start. I would use them again every time. I feel very fortunate to have found them.
My mother passed on October 6th. She told me when my father passed she created a trust and gave me specific instructions to contact Krista at this law firm. Right away she had her hand out for $4,000.00 to even handle anything she set up. I have never went through this process but right away something was off when she asked for money. I’m still grieving my mother and Krista shaking me down in a vulnerable time was shocking to say the least. That was the only time I got to speak to her. After that it was through email and every time she asked for money. My mother spent thousands of dollars setting the trust up just for her to ask for more. She should have got her money for her time when she set up the trust in the first place. Perhaps she did and is still asking for more. I’m currently looking for a receipt that says that my mother paid for her time. Which is 350$ an hour. I’m currently looking into other law firms and if you are smart you should avoid this law firm like the plague if you are setting up a trust or a will. If by chance you do pass away. You will leave your loved one’s to the vultures that is Alexander White. If you do use them to make a will and trust make sure you have the receipt that states if you do pass they are paid and the vultures won’t be picking at the bones. I would of gave this experience a rating of under zero. One is too kind. My guess all these 5 star ratings are from the people who made the trust. Not the loved ones who got to find out as I have. You have been properly warned.
I had questions and discussion with Krista on 10-21-25. She was straightforward with me and did not try to “sell” me any thing but encouraged me by telling me I had made some good decisions and suggested one thing I might want to do in the future. She was insightful, , listened well to my thoughts and was very helpful. I think she was great!
