My case was approved, and I’m grateful for the outcome. The attorney was awesome. I loved her enthusiasm, knowledge, and responsiveness. I’m deducting two stars for the paralegal and case management experience. I contacted the firm 15 days before I became eligible to file, yet my case was filed 23 days after I became current. During my RFE, despite repeatedly following up, the paralegal even responded, “You have deadlines in your RFE, right?” I understand deadlines, but I don’t believe immigration matters should be approached as something to complete simply before the final deadline. These are life-changing matters where proactive and timely handling should be expected. I would still recommend the attorney without hesitation, but the firm needs stronger paralegal support and proactive case management.
