Mr. Putman impressed me with his professionalism and experiential knowledge to the highest standard. He has a very down to earth approach with his clients and I feel he truly does all he can to empathize with people. He helped make sure that I realized and understood all my options without putting any kind of pressure on me with bias opinions. When it came time for court he handled things just as we had discussed and made sure to be firm so that I got the best outcome for my situation; and he was able to get my case taken care of faster than I expected which was a HUGE deal for me! My expectations were most definitely exceeded and I was able to move forward with my life thanks to his help. I had personally made a mistake which required the services of a lawyer. My fiance had steered me in the direction of Mr. Putman as they are both veterans. This was clearly the best decision I made throughout the process. He was able to pull up my case immediately and clearly break it down. I did not receive all the paperwork from the police so he told me what I was charged with, what it actually means, potential penalties and possible courses of action. I personally did not want to spend any time in jail so after the consult I decided to continue with him as my lawyer. He has a standard pricing agreement that applies to everyone depending on what type of case it is and whether or not it goes to trial. We agreed and continued. He is very knowledgeable and has been working in Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties for some time now. Therefore, he was very familiar with the process and personnel at the courthouse. He had our case resolved with a favorable decision way before it ever went to trial. If I had to pick three things I appreciated the most it would be his knowledge, work ethic, and communication throughout the process.
