The Richards Law Office took our dilemma and turned it into a win! We initially considered ourselves capable and intelligent enough to fill out the USCIS forms by ourselves and receive my wife's citizenship. I now believe that USCIS willfully exploits anyone going it alone and throws random roadblocks in the way.
