Nope, stay away!! Very unprofessional where do I begin, would cancel appointments on me wouldn’t even let me know that he was not in his office , I had to find out through the secretary once I got there. Would hang up on me whenever I expressed frustration, and then just sent a text saying “I’m in court” then why did you picked up the phone in the first place???? Would ask for more money even though he told me X amount would cover my case( I understand that things come up thus more money) how can he ask for more money when he doesn’t even show up for the court hearings??? All he does is postpone them, he has never represented me in court, he sends another attorney to postpone. STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! MY HUSBAND GOT HIM TO HANDLE A CAR ACCIDENT CASE FOR HIM!! BOY DID MY HUSBAND GET RIPPED OFF!!!! GENE RECEIVED A CHECK FOR 15,000.00 $ OUT OF THAT CHECK MY HUSBAND GOT 2500.00!! NOT TO MENTION MY HUSBAND HELPED HIM WITH PLUMBING AND LET HIM MAKE PAYMENTS!!! MY HUSBAND GAVE HIM A SERIOUS BREAK ON THE PRICE...THINKING HE WOULD RECEIVE THE SAME TREATMENT!! UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T HAPPEN THAT WAY!!! NOT TO MENTION IT WAS A OPEN AND SHUT CASE!! 40% NOT GOING TO COURT
