If you're looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to fighting for her clients, I cannot recommend Kristen highly enough. I have personally seen Kristen stand up for people when it would have been easier to walk away. She approaches every case with integrity, determination, and a deep commitment to justice. Even in today's political and legal climate—where the outcome isn't always what is fair or deserved—she never backs down from advocating for those she represents. Not every case ends the way we hope, but that is not a reflection of Kristen, her law firm, or her abilities. Sometimes the realities of the legal and political system create obstacles that no attorney can fully control. What Kristen can control is the effort, compassion, preparation, and unwavering dedication she brings to every client, and she gives nothing less than her very best. I am very grateful for the work of the group of her office very professional with a lot of ethics and always pending the case of my son with l220A today I arrive so today she already has her Permanent Residence thanks to her Representation again thank you very much

I really wish I could give less than 1 star but I have to select one. Absolutely the worst law firm I’ve ever experienced. My partner’s family & I hired this law firm to represent my partner that got detained in jeffersonville Indiana because I read the reviews and they seemed alright. It was horrible communication from the start. I only got to speak to the lawyer once out of 8 months it was always the assistant. Some times it even took DAYS to receive anything back from them. His sister went to the law firm personally after days of not being able to contact them AFTER payments were made because my partner went to court and had no representation. They didn’t answer the ring doorbell to let her up to talk to anyone and she was there for hours. She left so I had to take off work to go the next day for them to FINALLY talk to us. They told me he needed a bond motion first and didn’t disclose they would not represent him in court AT ALL for anything else, Then asked for more money to fully represent him. I asked before they were hired if they could represent him anywhere bc they move inmates around in immigration cases and was told yes to only be asked more money after he was transferred to Kansas 8 months or so already into the case. I really wish I never wasted any money or time because they played in our faces & it’s dealing with my partners life. So I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this ‘law firm.’ I’ve attached photos of one screenshot where they ghosted a RESCHEDULED phone appointment as well. We’re trying to hire another lawyer in hopes he doesn’t get deported but with all the time wasted we have little hope.

This has been the best experience my husband and I could of had. Phone calls, text, appointments she made our immigration experience so smooth. She made sure we were prepared and could not have done this without her office. Thank you so much Kristen.

Kristen and her office were so pleasant and professional. They explained everything so well and always kept me informed even before the immigration letters arrived! I highly recommend her for anyone needing an Immigration lawyer!
