I have been a client of this law office since 2016 & not once have I ever been disrespected until yesterday 09/23 when I went. The front desk lady with blonde hair & looks pale (don’t know her name) was so rude, got an attitude with my mom & I as soon as we walked in the door. Before we paid, she got very disrespectful with my mom & when I asked her for an email address, she told me to write it down. No, that is what YOU are there to do. That is why they PAY YOU FOR! That is your job. As soon as we were leaving she still had the nerve to tell us “have a good day”. No! Very rude, unprofessional & UNACCEPTABLE.
