I used Omar Baloch’s services to apply for a fiance visa for my partner. They communicated with me well throughout the whole process. When I would email them random questions I had, they would get back to me within a few hours most of the time. I felt like a VIP client working with them. We applied for the fiancé visa in May 2024 and received a letter from USCIS in June we needed to have more evidence. Omar Baloch helped us navigate collecting more evidence and our case was approved on Thanksgiving. Everyone I spoke to at their office has been nice, and it made the whole process easy and helped my anxiety. We applied for my husband’s green card in March, and he just got his green card in mid-September. One of the lawyers went over a practice interview with us before and accompanied us to the office. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall. Definitely worth the price, which you can pay for with a flexible payment plan and is more reasonable compared to other lawyers here. My wife and I was so thankful to find Omar. He is the definition of what a lawyer should be. From the start of our process he let us know what to expect and that he would be there for us through out the entire process. He exceeded our expectations! They were very well coordinated and helpful throughout the whole process I’m so happy to say the outcome was smooth and my wife is now a permanent resident of the USA. I personally did not like this law firm. He did not communicate very well with the language. So it was difficult with the translation part. One look at my husband he judged. We were judged on the spot. Very disrespectful. Charged us an outrageous amount and we could go somewhere else to get it cheaper and still succeed. Dont judge someone just for the way they look. We will not be returning.

He is probably one of the very few immigration attorneys that truly cares about his clients and their livelihood in this beautiful country. After dealing with a few immigration attorneys in Texas, having worked with Attorney Omar, he is hands down the best. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients.
