If you're going through litigation to modify a parenting plan with an extreme coparent, it can turn your world upside down. My first attorney made me feel insignificant and hopeless, finding the right one seems impossible, but you can't go wrong with this firm. In 2023 an intervention was necessary in my custody case. Sam B. filed the Ex Parte which began the 3-year nightmare to modify our permanent PP. Sam Q joined the team and was assigned my case, I will always remember what he did for me and my daughter. His methods are calculated, focused on the theory of the case. His approaches are adaptable to the situation. Curve balls? Narcissists? Sam Q has the capability to overcome those challenges and more with common sense and procedural tactics. After 3 years of painful moments with blood, sweat and tears, we won the case. I learned a lot from Sam Q, not only will he educate you, but he'll be there for you. If you're lucky enough to get Sam Q., don't take it for granted. I also want to publicly recognize Stacey Y. and Brittany E., Stacey is the most wonderful paralegal. She is sharp, kind, resourceful and will support your attorney and case more than you're aware of, truly. Brittany's office management skills are top notch, she is a cornerstone to this firm's success. All of them in the office are just wonderful, I will forever be grateful.

I highly recommend this firm for legal issues, including child custody and divorce. I unfortunately used someone else for my original divorce and was not done right. Although some of the damage was already done regarding my divorce, this firm was able to help me salvage some of the damages and ultimately help with very difficult custody issues. They were always there to answer questions. I was able to get then directly most of the time for urgent issues or was at least called back by end of day. Very pleased and will continue to use Mr Covert for any legal issues moving forward.

Sam Q at the Law Office of Sam Byrd was the attorney who provided me with the confidence and peace of mind I needed to start the legal process towards divorce in my 20+ year marriage. Amazing job Ms.Donna and Mr. Clancy Covert. The past few months I have had Ms Donna and Mr Covert representing me with my custodial issues. The law office of Sam Byrd was highly referred to me by numerous people when asking around about good family practice attorney's. From start to finish entrance to exit. Was 100% a positive experience. They met and exceeded all expectations every step of the way. I'm very thankful they were put in my path.
