Mr. Ly helped me figure out how to navigate after motor vehicle accident . He’s very professional and the made every step of the process very easy to understand. He would always check in and let me know where things were at with my injury claim and he’s always very quick to answer any questions I might have had. My husband and I got in a car accident and used Attorney Ly to help settle our case. We are happy that it got settled and the last month working with him was more pleasant than the previous months. Our first visit with him, he was very nice and after that both of us felt like when he spoke to us he was being disrespectful. He would advise us to do something and we would do it the way he told us to and then after he upset for how we did it. We felt like he cared more about the money than our best interest. I had to tell him several times that we felt better and didn’t need more medical care and each time he would tell us to get more care so that we could get a higher payout. We wanted an attorney that could help us understand what was going on and help us be compensated for what the case was worth. During my time working with Attorney Ly, I did not feel like he was helping us understand this process and I did not feel like he cared about our well being.
