Hiring Scott Kimberly was the best decision I made in the hardest fight of my life. He doesn’t sugarcoat or play games. He is sharp, ethical, and fights clean. My case was surgical and needed a firm, strategic hand, which is exactly what I got. Scott never let me lower my standards. He taught me how to fight with morals, dignity and led with ethics on the front lines. He made me braver in my fight. If you are considering hiring Scott Kimberly, think twice. This so-called “professional” is the textbook definition of everything wrong with the legal system—unethical, manipulative, and more interested in draining your wallet than fighting for your rights. From the start, he was arrogant and dismissive, making big promises he had no intention of keeping. He failed to return calls, ignored important details, and when he did show up, he was unprepared and careless. His incompetence cost me valuable time, money, and peace of mind. What makes it worse is his blatant lack of integrity. Instead of advocating for me, he seemed to be working against me—stonewalling progress, dragging things out, and hiding behind legal jargon to cover his mistakes. He thrives on intimidation and dishonesty, not on actual legal skill. In short: this attorney is a scam artist in a suit. If you value your case, your sanity, and your hard-earned money, stay far, far away. There are plenty of capable, honest attorneys out there, Scott Kimberly is absolutely not one of them.
