I was very disappointed with my experience working with Brian Lerner. In my opinion, the level of care and follow-through did not meet reasonable expectations. The work that was delivered missed key elements of what we had discussed, and the overall outcome was not what I expected. When I raised these concerns, the response felt abrupt and dismissive rather than collaborative or solution-oriented. This review reflects my personal experience, and others may have a different one, but based on what I encountered, I wish I had reviewed more feedback beforehand.

Spoke to someone from this law firm. Absolutely the worst person to be working in this field. The man was obnoxious, said he could not help me. Total waste of my time. Hire some good talented people who can represent your firm better. I had a consultation on October 16th 2025 at 11:05 am. The guy talking to me basically showed that he was doing me a favor by talking to me. I could have given them some business but the person speaking to me ended that possibility with his tone.

I contacted Attorney Lerner 4 days ago through email and he was so kind with me and replied every email I sent him. We hired him as our lawyer a few days later and we already feel happy about that decision. Attorney Reed replies every question I have no matter how silly it sounds. I appreciate what they are doing for us. My family is in good hands, I know they will do what they can for us.

I had a very disappointing experience with this law office. I spoke with someone named Chris for less than five minutes and unfortunately, the interaction left a very negative impression. His tone came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, which made me feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously. First impressions matter, especially in a legal setting, and this one lacked professionalism and basis courtesy. Based, on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable trusting this office with my legal matters. I have working in customer service for 10+ years and I have never treated a client the way he treated me. Unkind.

A truly outstanding lawyer who deserves more than all stars! I was just consulting, very frequently. Brian is the most knowledgeable lawyer I’ve ever seen. All information I received from him was so impressively clear, helpful, and most importantly accurate. His knowledge clearly span beyond immigration into civil rights. He also has a true passion for what he is doing.
