She’s a great lawyer but also a great person. She helped my husband get his work permit and then green card. Super easy to work with and made the process way less scary and less stressful. We’re so thankful for her and her team. We can sleep better at night now that’s for sure. Can’t thank her and the other ladies enough.

Ginky and her team are absolutely the best. I highly recommend her, Ginky is well educated and knowledgeable. She is truly one of the best attorneys I have met. She has helped my mom with so much through her immigration process. Ginky is super efficient and responsible, she does such a great job with following up and keeping you posted with the whole process. There should be more lawyers like Ginky, and she should be recognized more often for the hard work she does every day for her clients.

Ginky is the best! I could not have asked for a better lawyer for my husband’s case! My husband and my self was scammed with another lawyer and our case was denied the first go around and Ginky took her time to explain the case to us and in less than a year my husband got his case approved. I’m so grateful that I found Ginky and we could not have got his papers without her. I wish I could give her a million stars! Thank you Ginky for everything you done for us.

Ginky and her team, including her mother, are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. Their primary focus seems to be collecting payments rather than providing proper legal services. They consistently fail to respond in a timely manner, and when you finally reach someone, they either ask you to call back because the attorney is unavailable or simply hang up on you. Ginky was supposed to file a critical immigration document before August 10, 2024, but she never did. Despite the documents being dated July 22, 2024, immigration did not receive them until September 2024. Multiple people have attempted to contact her office for proof of filing, yet neither she nor her team has responded. Her level of irresponsibility and negligence is astounding. After failing to file the document, she then demanded more money to restart the case—despite it being her responsibility in the first place. When I called today and insisted on speaking with her, she instead sent a letter to the interested party, accusing me of being rude to her mother and stating that she would no longer handle the case. This is unbelievable. She is completely avoiding responsibility for her actions. I am writing this review because I was the one who recommended her to my relative, and I feel completely let down by her unprofessionalism.
