I cannot recommend the Law Offices of Jacob J. Sapochnick enough. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with for my case was incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful. They are very responsive and extremely effective with their services. My case manager was Lucia Molina, and I couldn’t have asked for a better case manager. Her support, responsiveness and care was felt every step of the way. She was very quick at getting back to my questions and never had an issue with continuing to clarify things for me. My adjustment of status process felt like a breeze, thanks to Lucia, she is truly incredible. I felt supported and taken care of throughout the entire process and I have her and her team to thank for that. I have referred friends and family to this law firm and will return to them myself for future immigration needs. We had a great experience working with the firm for my green card. Elena Cuomo was our case manager and she was excellent. She made sure we stayed on track, sent us regular email reminders and answered all our questions very promptly. She also responded to emails lightning quick (usually within a matter of minutes of sending them out). She also prepared the submission packet very quickly once everything was ready to send out. Our correspondences with the office were very clear with the instructions, went over all the necessary documents with us in detail, and we even had a thorough preparation interview with one of the lawyers. The overall process was simplified to a great extent thanks to them, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for immigration related representation.
