I retained Attorney LaTanya Jones for immigration work and was extremely disappointed by the experience. Communication from her office was repeatedly slow and unhelpful. I disclosed highly sensitive personal information while she represented me, and I no longer feel confident that my confidentiality and interests were properly protected. In my view she did not provide the loyalty and client care I expected from an immigration attorney. Ask direct questions about confidentiality and potential conflicts before you sign anything, get everything in writing, and consider a second opinion. I would not recommend hiring her without strong, written assurances about how your information will be handled.
