(Meant to post this 2 months ago lol) I was recommended to Luis Diaz by a close friend, and I’m so grateful I followed their advice. He is by far an outstanding lawyer. He’s incredibly kind-hearted, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. I have no regrets! I will say, the receptionist has always been kind, but there were times when communication felt inconsistent. I would call and later find out that my messages never reached Luis, or I’d be told by the receptionist I would receive a call back and never did. I don’t believe it was intentional, but it did make things a bit difficult at times. Despite that, Luis himself has been exceptional, and I still highly recommend him. Thank you Luis!

I came in to Luis Diaz on recommendation of a lady that saw me stressed out and in tears at the embassy. I was in desperate need of a lawyer and I needed one ASAP. My papers were filled out wrong and I almost had to go out of the country. I was terrified, the lady was like a God sent that led me to Luis. He took my case even though he was booked with cases just like all the other lawyers I called. He found what was done wrong and redid my whole process. I can happily say that I recieved my green card this week after only a year, and I did not have to go out the country. I am forever grateful to him and his firm. Luis and his team took my case in 2017 and showed the up most concern for my situation. My case was resolved in my favor this April of 2024 it was extremely well presented in court.
