Paid for a consultation. They ask me for ( special paper for i245) I finally was able to get it and now they want to charge me again. Wow. Is not like I can just go around the corner and get those types of papers.

Mr Malvern Burnett is very professional and very kind, but the receptionist or the secretary, the lady who answers the phone is very rude and arrogant. She should learn how to talk to clients. Mr Burnett she does not represent your firm very well.
