In my experience, this law firm has been extremely disappointing, and would not recommend it. I paid $350 for a consultation with Brad Bernstein , which took place on a Saturday. After the consultation, I was charged $4500 to have the firm handle my case. After a few days later, someone from the office contacted me to gather information so they could request my USCIS file. A few weeks later, I received a voicemail from Johanna, whose communication I found very rude and unprofessional. Since then, I have struggled to get updates on my case. This have been going on since February, and now it is July. Every time I call the office, I am given an appointment or told someone will call me back but never receive a follow up. At this point the firm has my money and my file. I have requested my file several times, but still has not been returned. Based on my experience, I feel that communication has been poor and my concerns have not been addressed. I intend to file a complaint with the Bar association and the Better Business Bureau regarding my experience
