Ms. Madaki settled our insurance dispute within a matter of a week. Suddenly, all of our previous, months-long issues we had were resolved due to Ms. Madaki getting involved. Juliana took the time to talk with me in detail about two cases brought against me by big corporations. I called and tried to talk with numerous attorneys in my area and nobody was interested in helping me get through this. It seems there is very few people interested in helping the little guys anymore which is very disheartening. Julianna was up beat, knowledgable, and passionate about her work which was reflected in our conversation. I thought I was going to have to go at it alone which is a scary thought when corporations can afford the biggest law firms to represent them. I am so thankful that she accepted to represent my cases for me. If you are getting hassled by big debt collectors and feeling the weight of that stress you should call and talk to her.

Juliana Madaki is the best consumer advocate lawyer out there! Our case regarding vehicle mechanical issues lasted almost 3 years and she hung in there advocating for us at every turn! It was worth the wait when we finally got the compensation we were asking for! We loved her fire and zeal when it came to representing us making sure opposing counsel knew where we stood. She will fight for the underdog and pursue justice when it needs to be sought. Hopefully we don’t have to use her again, but if we ever do, she’s the first person we would call! She was a great friend, confidant and attorney over the last several years working with us. There would never be enough “thank you’s” to repay her for that!

Attorney Juliana Madaki, is the real deal & a fantastic lawyer. She is the best consumer advocate lawyer you can find. She was referred to me by The Whitney Law firm in Maryland, as I needed an attorney that practiced in the State of Kentucky for consumer law in regard to dealing with auto dealerships. I had put a $1000 deposit down on a Chevy RST Tahoe truck at at Chevy Dealership in Hopkinsville, KY. This version of Tahoe was hard to find. I scoured the country and found this one in KY. As I live in Houston Texas, I was going to drive up to KY and buy the truck. An RST Tahoe came available at another dealer in Houston. So I figured why drive 900 miles to KY for the same truck. So I walked away from the deal. Nothing was signed on paper. Well, the Chevy Dealer in Hopkinsville, KY, did not want to give me my deposit back. So after month of wrangling around with these pirates, and getting no where, I contacted Juliana to see, if she could get my money back, after talking to the Chevy Dealer. Juliana worked a miracle for me. I got a phone call from the dealership finance manager, and they are sending me a check for $1000. I could not believe it. No lawyer can guarantee the outcome of any legal problem, but I sure am impressed by Attorney Juliana Madaki. I thought this was a lost cause. But miracles do happen.
