Personally I'm not impressed. It's been 6 weeks since she's taken on my case. (Issue with Montgomery chevy/kia on preston hwy. If u wanna say that. She's uncommunicative. Every update I've had to contact her for. Than she acts like I'm bothering her. It's been 3 weeks since I've heard from her. All she's told me, is 2 letters and a phone call has gone out. With zero response from the dealership. Keeps saying a lawsuit will be filed. But I have absolutely no idea if one has been filed. Since it's been 3 weeks with no communication. If she wants money to act like a lawyer and push harder to work for me, ill pay it. If she doesn't want my case, let me know. But I've been without a vehicle for months now that Montgomery admitted to selling me damaged. I just want my money back. This is ridiculous. EDITED: AS I PREVIOUSLY STATED. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WORK YOU HAVE DONE. WHEN YOU DO NOT COMMUNICATE! AND WHEN I OFFER YOU MONEY - YOU HAVE CLOSED MY CASE AND TOLD ME TO GO ELSE WHERE. YOURE A REAL PIECE OF WORK. 3 WEEKS AGO YOU STATED A LAWSUIT WAS GOING TO BE FILED, AND NOTHING. SO CLEARLY, YOU ARENT WORKING ON MY CASE. ALL YOU HAVE DONE IS "IS SENT A LETTER" PEOPLE BEWARE!

Ms. Madaki settled our insurance dispute within a matter of a week. Suddenly, all of our previous, months-long issues we had were resolved due to Ms. Madaki getting involved. She was fast to respond to our case and every communication that I sent. She helped get our home back and we are eternally grateful.

Juliana took the time to talk with me in detail about two cases brought against me by big corporations. I called and tried to talk with numerous attorneys in my area and nobody was interested in helping me get through this. It seems there is very few people interested in helping the little guys anymore which is very disheartening. Julianna was up beat, knowledgable, and passionate about her work which was reflected in our conversation. I thought I was going to have to go at it alone which is a scary thought when corporations can afford the biggest law firms to represent them. I am so thankful that she accepted to represent my cases for me. If you are getting hassled by big debt collectors and feeling the weight of that stress you should call and talk to her.

Juliana Madaki is the best consumer advocate lawyer out there! Our case regarding vehicle mechanical issues lasted almost 3 years and she hung in there advocating for us at every turn! It was worth the wait when we finally got the compensation we were asking for! We loved her fire and zeal when it came to representing us making sure opposing counsel knew where we stood. She will fight for the underdog and pursue justice when it needs to be sought. Hopefully we don’t have to use her again, but if we ever do, she’s the first person we would call! She was a great friend, confidant and attorney over the last several years working with us. There would never be enough “thank you’s” to repay her for that!
