I was referred by another lawyer via another lawyer that interned with Rick Ostrove and described him as a shark. He literally is. But he will tell it you you like it’s straight. I am writing this review 7 years after we settled but began working with him 9 years ago. Sam Smith (no longer with the practice) and Aaron Ferri were instrumental in my wins. They were obviously experienced experts in the field of employment law, discrimination, and retaliation. Thank you for my 6-figure settlement. I still look back and think about how easy and honest they made the process. I hold this law firm and its lawyers to the highest regard. I am so glad I was referred to this practice. It’s a shame because many employment law issues are full of BS, and they were an expert in my case of gender discrimination and retaliation. If you have a real case, do not hesitate but to reach out. They gave me realistic expectations, defended me where I needed help, and wrote all my scrambled thoughts into coherent arguments. They caught my former employer in their lies, and that is how we settled a 6-figure settlement.
