Back when I was working I used to send my disabled clients to Levine Benjamin to help them with applying for and/or appealing their disability cases. I was always impressed with the high number of my clients who wound up winning their cases with Levine Benjamin. Little did I expect find myself in the same position as the clients I served due to a series of unfortunate events that left me disabled. There wasn't any questions about who I was going to use to apply for Social Security Disability when I realized I needed to apply. Upon calling the office for the first time I actually did speak to attorney Gary Bimberg, proving that what they say on their TV commercials is true. Throughout the process if I had any questions, the support staff was really good about answering them whenever I called or emailed the office. If I had to leave a voicemail, they were good about returning my call. When I had very specific questions I was able to talk to my attorney. I wound up being approved for my disability my first try. While no one can predict what Social Security will decide when they review your case, it really helps going in with lots of medical evidence and a knowledgeable attorney backing you up. If you can't already tell, I highly recommend Levine Benjamin.

From the first phone call they have your back. Very easily accessible. Guided me through the entire process. Friendly, stayed in contactthrough the entire process. I was recommended by a friend, & I would recommend them to anyone. They made it seem easy. Really helped me have a piece of mind, & helped aleviate a lot of stress at a terrible time . I highly recommend this firm for your disability needs. They returned every call, were so kind, patient and took the time to explain things and answer questions-start to finish a great experience. I would highly recommend Claire Zellmanski. She was wonderful, as well as, her assistant MaKayllah.

I highly recommend Levine and Benjamin, specifically Jason Mohler! They helped me win my disability case and were very friendly, professional, returned all my calls and emails! Jason prepped me well before my hearing and I felt very confident in his ability and knowledge. His assistant Andrea Thorpe is also AMAZING!! She is very caring, kind and compassionate. And that is a huge thing when going through this long process! Jason and Andrea always took their time to make sure all my questions were answered and never rushed me. I appreciate them both very much and HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience working with Levine Benjamin. My attorney, Joseph Houle was a great communicator and always willing to answer any of my questions I had. He navigated me every step of the way. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for legal advice.
