Since the intake call, they provided me with amazing listening skills and took down all the information I was providing them. They scheduled me for a free consultation call. The day of the consultation they were promptly on time. The attorney asked a lot of questions to gather all the information needed. She provided me with great feedback, she was completely honest and transparent with everything. She took the time to answer all my questions. The team was very communicative and responsive throughout the process, which I really appreciated—especially when it came to scheduling and document prep. There were a couple of moments where I felt a bit unclear but their team reached out personally to help clarify and resolve any misunderstandings! I’d recommend asking for a detailed overview of your applications early on to avoid any confusion. Overall, a helpful and professional experience! They’re a great team!

I was really looking forward to my consultation after seeing attorney Kate’s videos online. She came across as genuine and compassionate, which gave me hope. Unfortunately, my experience with the person who handled my consultation (I believe his name was Sebastian) was the opposite. The consultation lasted barely 10 minutes even though it was supposed to be 55. He asked me two surface-level questions, didn’t take the time to understand my case, didn’t dig deeper, and seemed more focused on whether I’d be an “easy case” or not. What was most upsetting was the lack of empathy and professionalism. I felt dismissed and rushed, not treated like someone going through something serious and deeply personal. I understand not every firm can take every case, but there’s a way to speak to people with basic respect and compassion — and that was missing here. Very disappointed by the experience. It felt more like a business filter than a genuine effort to help.

My wife n I paid 7700 $ just for the run around said they were waiting for a paper to be received they swapped my wife’s lawyers without notifying her she went in person and it was a mess the previous lawyer had quit or left and we were not contacted at all when we asked to switch the process they said that we used 6000 $ of the funds when only 1 paper was sent or filed STAY AWAY BEWARE Update/ Reply There was no transparency when our lawyer was changed. We were never notified of a change in lawyer until my wife demanded to be seen in person in the offices at Austin. We have no reason to lie about that. We were just offered $1,500 to remove this review. The review is about our experience with this law firm and the lack of attention from your team. We understand laws change but that has nothing to do with The lack of urgency. We signed a second contract on 8/07/2024 and no one called or reached out to us to collect the information that was needed for the case to get started. It took my wife sending an angry email on 8/20/24 to get any action started. And that’s only thanks to the lawyer Loren who was the only helpful person there. Mind you the contract was paid in full. Not only that but when the laws changed in November we weren’t called by anyone in your team to notify us until months later. And only to tells us what we already knew And in March we barely received a letter of representation from this law firm. It may not be important to yall but it urgent and very important to us. We will not allow you to gaslight us about our experience. For anyone who wants all the details I’ll talk to anyone just email me!
