Our initial consultation was with a sales representative rather than an attorney or paralegal, which was disappointing. It quickly became apparent that we were more familiar with immigration procedures than the person we spoke with. Despite asking the same question multiple times, we received vague, scripted responses and no real answers. The representative was polite and courteous, but clearly lacked the knowledge needed to provide meaningful guidance on our case. She seemed unfamiliar with key aspects of immigration law and USCIS timelines—which, while understandably variable, were estimated very inaccurately. The overall experience gave us the impression that the firm is more focused on volume than on truly helping clients. The fact that they have a “client happiness” team felt like a red flag, suggesting they may have a high number of dissatisfied clients to manage. Ultimately, we didn’t feel confident moving forward with this firm and have decided to look elsewhere for representation.
