Reviews
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Patricia. Throughout our time working together, communication was consistently poor—I was left in the dark during key moments when I needed clarity and guidance for my family member. Most upsetting of all, she refused to return his personal documents even after multiple requests. As someone who trusted her with important matters, I felt completely let down. I would not recommend her services to others based on my experience.
Avoid this office at all costs. My mom has been a client here for years and has absolutely nothing to show for it. The documents they provided looked like they were pulled off Google - nothing official or reflective of legitimate legal work. Despite repeated requests, we have not been given a single updated legal document related to her case. The last time I checked, this office had a 1.9-star rating. Now, it's suddenly filled with suspiciously positive reviews that feel AI-generated or fake. We have still not received any proof of the work they claim to have done despite emailing about this last month and getting no response. If we do not receive the complete legal documents regarding my mother’s case, we will be reporting this office. Per the American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically Rule 1.15 (Safekeeping Property) and Rule 1.16(d) (Declining or Terminating Representation), attorneys are required to return all client property including case files. Additionally, under 8 C.F.R. § 292.4(a), an attorney handling an immigration matter must provide the client with a complete copy of their case file upon termination of representation. We are simply asking for what is legally and ethically owed to us.
My experience with this law firm has been extremely disappointing. The lawyer was consistently unresponsive—rarely, if ever, answering calls when we needed assistance. She made multiple promises that turned out to be completely false, giving us false hope and wasting valuable time. The most troubling part is that when we decided to seek help elsewhere, she refused to return personal documents, effectively preventing us from moving forward with another lawyer. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. To make matters worse, it appears she has deleted previous reviews—including mine—in an attempt to hide negative feedback. This is deeply concerning and shows a lack of transparency. I strongly urge anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. If you value your case and your peace of mind, stay away.
This office helps me a lot with my case I was hopeless then with my status but got my visa thanks to Attorney Patricia she helps me a lot, she’s approachable whenever you have queries with the case she will responded thru email and sms to make sure your updated and fully aware with the progress of the case. I highly recommended Attorney Lodhi keep it up stay safe and God bless 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
