If you are looking for the best family law attorney in the area, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ben Neilsen. Nearly 18 months ago I was at a loss and super discouraged due to the fact that my ex-wife was keeping my daughter from me. I didn't know what to do and was researching different attorneys in the Pocatello area. A family member recommended Ben and I took a shot in the dark. That ended up being one of the best decisions I've ever made. I now have shared custody of my daughter and couldn't be happier with the whole process.
