I genuinely don't know where to start, I just know I have to leave this review because Jasmine deserves every word of it! I have a lot of anxiety around phone calls. I dread them. Most of the time, people on the other end are impatient or make me feel rushed, and with my memory issues, that makes things even harder. So going into this call, I was already bracing myself. Jasmine completely changed that experience. From the moment we started talking, she was warm, patient, and genuinely kind. She made what could have been a stressful conversation feel easy — even comfortable. She never once made me feel like a burden or like I was moving too slowly. She just met me where I was, and that meant everything. By the time we hung up, I felt an actual weight lift off my shoulders. I wasn't expecting that. After a car accident, you're already overwhelmed — and having someone on the other side of the phone who truly cares makes the whole process feel so much more human. Jasmine is exceptional at what she does. Thank you, Jasmine, and thank you to the Lowe Law Group for having someone like her on your team.

I have to say I have never in my life, but like I’ve been in better hands, Jasmine is amazing. She has taken care of all of my needs bundle per person to talk to great spirit. I hope to one day be able to meet her just to thank her in person. I feel truly blessed to have her on my team. Can we get her a raise somehow?

I really don’t review unless I know they have done a phenomenal job. I want to give me appreciation and a review sharing how hard working, patient not only professional just also the empathy they have while getting our case together and working to help us and our family get the best possible outcome!
