I had an awesome experience working with Levi at LWS this year! He was incredibly thorough and caught a local tax issue I never would have noticed on my own. Levi explained everything clearly and walked me through the steps to correct my school district withholding, which is already saving me money. He also gave me helpful advice about Marketplace Health Insurance and made sure I understood how it could affect my return. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Levi kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect—especially with the education credit and potential filing hiccups. I really appreciate his attention to detail and how easy he made tax season feel. Highly recommend LWS and definitely ask for Levi if you want someone who truly knows their stuff!

Levi was fantastic! I am starting a new business and was looking in the Springfield area for advice from tax professionals to consult with. They were quick to respond and set up a meeting within the week, and were incredibly friendly. Levi answered all of my questions, and more that I didn’t know I needed to ask. The consultation was professional, amicable, and down to earth. Levi explained the relevant tax implications of my business situation in a way that I could understand, and all within the one hour consultation. Their fees are more than reasonable, and I received an email after the consultation that explained everything we went over so I wouldn’t have to rely on memory or my notes. All in all, they are great! I highly recommend them.

This is our second year working with LWS and we couldn’t be happier. The efficiency and organization is second to none. We have worked with Levi both times and he is extremely professionally and knowledgeable. The front staff is always nice which provides a very pleasant atmosphere to walk into. I hired LWS to file both my personal taxes, and those of my business, Big Fish Local.
