I’m writing to share a very frustrating experience with Malik Law PLLC. This firm has shown a serious lack of professionalism in how they handle immigration cases. I know of two immigrants whose cases have been managed very poorly by this firm. They have not received timely updates, and communication has been almost nonexistent. Rather than meeting with clients directly, the attorney, Ms. Malik, sends her assistant—who seems unfamiliar with the cases and unable to answer even basic questions. This lack of personal attention and case knowledge is unacceptable, especially given the sensitive and urgent nature of immigration matters. What’s worse, the firm seems focused more on demanding money repeatedly, without delivering quality service or providing clarity on case progress. Immigrants and their families are already under immense stress, and this kind of treatment only adds to their burden. I strongly caution anyone considering hiring Malik Law PLLC for immigration matters. Based on what I’ve seen, they do not prioritize their clients’ needs or provide the professional support immigrants deserve.

I just wanted to let anybody know that when I contacted Malik law group Jamie one of their paralegals went above and beyond what her job title and told to help me out when I was a bad situation I was in I would recommend her to anybody that needed somebody that could get you back and help you when you're today you're open out of options. And it wasn't just the help that she gave me it was the kindness that she showed while she was doing it. thank you Jamie
