If you can, try to avoid this firm. They do listen to you and spend time explaining the concepts to you. They will ask you the absolute lowest you'll accept for a settlement. All of this will happen over the phone. Nothing will be documented through emails. A few weeks later, you'll magically receive that settlement amount and they'll use high pressure tactics to push you to accept it, for example, by saying they spent far, far too many hours on your case, a hypothetical scenario where you'll be arrested by law enforcement, and telling you this is the best offer you can get or you'll get nothing.
