I have been working with Mark and his team for over five years now. As someone with complex tax returns, I truly appreciate how Mark has jumped on calls and gone into great detail about what I should do to plan for both the current year and the years ahead. Their turnaround time has been incredibly fast, and they are always easy to reach via email, with very quick responses to any questions I’ve had. I would strongly recommend them to anyone—they are the best around!

I hired Mark to file my 2020 taxes. He was communicative and prompt, however, he made a critical error by failing to actually file my return. I only discovered when I was hit with a surprise $15,000 bill from the IRS in 2024. To his credit, he did try to help resolve by contacting the IRS but it didn't pan out. He also didn't have any insurance coverage for his mistakes which I found flabbergasting. If you're hiring a tax professional, you expect them to get the job done accurately. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful accountability or coverage for the mistake, which left me bearing the full burden. I regret working with this business and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Mark, and his whole team, have been absolutely incredible! I had a mess of a situation in growing my business and they tirelessly combed through each component to set it all straight. Mark adds a personal touch and personally called me on multiple occasions to sort everything out. As a small business owner, my taxes and accounting is certainly not where Mark's team will make their money so the fact that he went out of his way to accommodate me means a lot.
