I would not choose this attorney again. (See my reply to their response below) Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to contact the firm prior to the court date, we received no response. The first communication we received was 15 minutes before the scheduled court appearance, when we were introduced to our art for the first time. He informed us of the courtroom location. Unfortunately, we had already gone to the wrong building due to the lack of earlier guidance. There was no meaningful preparation or strategic discussion before court. Upon meeting my son, he immediately advised him to accept a plea deal without fully reviewing the circumstances or thoroughly explaining all available options. While the matter was ultimately dismissed, it was not due to any evident effort or advocacy by this attorney. The outcome appeared to have been predetermined. Additionally, professional presentation matters in a courtroom setting. The attorney appeared unkempt and wore a stained suit, which did not reflect the level of professionalism we expected for such a serious matter. Overall, the experience lacked communication, preparation, and professionalism. I would not retain this attorney again. *****My reply back to firm: Thank you for your response.************** I understand that you must protect your firm’s reputation. However, I stand by my experience. I do have multiple emails reflecting attempts to communicate prior to the court date that went unanswered. Additionally, I forwarded documentation to your representative that, as I later learned, was never received by the attorney. That breakdown in internal communication is part of the concern. Regarding the outcome, I am aware the charges were dismissed. I did not state my son was forced to take a plea; rather, I expressed concern that the initial advice given to him upon meeting was to accept one, without prior discussion or preparation. The dismissal was not presented to us as a result of strategic negotiation in that moment, but rather as an outcome that appeared already determined. My review reflects concerns about communication and professionalism — not the final disposition. I do not wish to go back and forth further. I simply shared my experience. I wish your firm well.

Hired the firm to handle a violation of probation. Attorney Alex Webster showed and is showing great result in handling the proceeding. Looking forward to hiring the firm for other pending and future proceedings.

One of the best things I could have done was pick up the phone and call Thomas Maronick. Today I was acquitted and expunged. Thomas made that look easy. I have to admit that Maronick Law does great work. Thank you. Ps. Also I have now hired Maronick Law to work on my auto accident. So, if you need an attorney, don’t hesitate to call Maronick Law.
