I cannot recommend Josh Martell, Martell Family Law Firm, P.A. and Josh's stellar A-team highly enough. Going through a divorce is incredibly stressful, but from the very beginning Josh and his staff made me feel supported, informed, and confident that I was in the best possible hands. Josh Martell is not only an outstanding attorney but also an incredibly compassionate person. He was patient with every question I had, took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, and always made sure I felt comfortable and understood my options. His communication was exceptional! I never felt left in the dark and always knew what was happening with my case. His team is equally phenomenal. His paralegal, Monica Pershad, was wonderful to work with. She is organized, responsive, and always kind. Can't recommend Josh and Amy enough. It is honestly a privilege to have been able to work with such a dedicated, sharp, and genuinely sympathetic legal team. They guided my family and I through an extensively complicated situation all the while maintaining an incredible focus on our core objectives, this was especially valuable to us as we were completely unfamiliar with the process. I don't know where to begin but I will say Mr. Martell and Amy are PHENOMENAL!! I cannot rave enough how amazing they are. My review is way overdue. My journey begin with Mr. Martell and his team in March 2023 due to being dissatisfied with my previous attorney and how my case was handled. I explained to Mr. Martell how complexed my case was and how frustrated I was with the situation overall. My ex-husband was a pain in rears from the beginning and making a simple situation turn into a nightmare. Whenever, I had questions or I felt unsettled, I was re-assured everything is going to be okay since it seemed my ex-husband would throw a curve ball. When trial happened for me, Mr. Martell showed up and showed out!!! I am definitely happy with the outcome of my case. Mr. Martell and his team are patient, supportive, caring, and definitely quick responders with in depth explanations when explaining what is going on and definitely always so prepared.
