Met with Kamyar, a lawyer with Martin Law, recently and had a really good experience. He was straightforward, honest, and didn’t waste our time. When we asked questions, he gave clear answers and even told us in certain situations when it wouldn’t make sense to involve a lawyer, which I really respected since that wasn’t in his financial interest. You could tell he actually cares about giving people the right advice rather than just selling services. Would definitely recommend if you want someone knowledgeable and straight with you.

Update: This review is about Nouchi’s attitude on the phone, not the longer wait times. I applied to sponsor my parents and the wait times were way longer than initially promised by Mr. Martin so they decided to abandon the case and cancel the services. Upon cancelling, the assistant Nouchi was very rude on the phone and telling me I shouldn’t have called her at all and I should’ve sent an email directly to Mr. Martin when I was never advised this before. I do not recommend this office.

Martin law firm is one of the best in Minnesota and the country. I remembered back than I started my process with them, and it all was a success. From a work authorization, and to a permanent residency through marriage. They have so,so professional lawyers, and you will never regret the first and last day you ever interacted with those professionals and martin law. Maria was so professional and composed.
