I'm a real estate brokerage owner and I use Adam Perza with May and Perza for all of my personal and business (rental purchases and flips) legal needs. He's got a fantastic paralegal that is thorough, friendly, timely, and competent. I've never had to go back to her with corrections, which it's very, very important for her to be that accurate. Adam himself is level headed, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly with his clients. He puts them at ease with his good nature and guides them through complicated paperwork, helping them understand without confusing them. The two of them together make your experience there a joy. I recommend them with every bit of confidence in their abilities.

Mr. Mitch May helped my father and I out within an hour. Took care of a 3 month's long headache with a mortgage company after my mother's passing. I wish I would have called in sooner.
