My family has been waiting on my Aunt's estate settlement for 3.5 years now. No one ever returns phone calls, or e-mails after a zillion attempts. I even wrote to the probate clerks office regarding their extreme delay with no response from them, either. There is absolutely NO excuse for a business to treat clients with such total disregard and neglect. Even after leaving messages to senior partner Mr. Joe Maya does not light a fire under their boots!
