Waste of time and $6000 for mostly forwarded emails and no actual legal advice. Norm Springer wasn't proactive in any way, didn't give suggestions unless I specifically asked (and even then, told me he can't tell me help me determine what is wise or not), was highly disorganized and forgetful, and actually gave me false information several times. I stuck it out having never had a lawyer before, thinking maybe I'm being too high handed. Yet one call with a new lawyer and I had more information and action than in 6 months with Norm. When I asked for a refund for his lackluster services, he proceeded to argue and point fingers. I eventually was able to recoup $1000 out of the $6000 I paid, but I'm strongly considering further action. McGinn Law Firm really turned a major gift in my life into a giant and expensive nightmare!
