I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My family hired this firm to help with my mother’s green card application. We completed a phone interview and were under the impression that work was being done on the case, only to find out a month later that the attorney had lost the notes from our first interview and we had to repeat the entire process. On top of that, we were informed of an additional $5,000 waiver fee that had never been clearly explained to us beforehand. Due to the lack of communication and confidence in the handling of our case, we decided to terminate the contract and request a refund. The refund process was equally frustrating. I informed Annabelle that I would be picking up the check at 8:00 AM because I needed to return to work. When I arrived, the check was not ready. About 30 minutes after I left, I received a call saying it was finally available. This showed a lack of respect for my time and added to an already stressful experience. Overall, the communication, organization, and customer service fell far below my expectations. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

Not only disrespectful and unprofessional, but it also smelled racist in terms of denying to provide services based on nonsense reasons. They denied service for us me and my wife just because they didn't feel comfortable with me, according to them!! This is so interesting for an immigration firm, where it is all about diversity and difference, to deny, reject, and even discriminate-in-business based on a feeling. I will never recommend this firm or ask for their services again. and moreover, I felt discriminated against by people who claim their firm exists to help immigrants with their legal situations. The impression I came away with is that this firm -or at least the people we spoke to - are not there to help, but to take advantage of your situation and your language. Never recommended. And STOP DISCRIMINATING AGAINST IMMIGRANTS. If you don't like someone's accent or background, that should not allow you to deny serving them. We were paying for the service, not asking for charity.

MI GENTE LATINA, POR FAVOR NO LLEVEN DINERO SIN CONSULTAR POR LO MENOS CON DOS ABOGADOS, A MI HERMANA LE COBRARON $2,000 EN ESTA OFICINA SOLO PARA DECIRLE QUE NO LA PUEDEN REPRESENTAR. Hi, my sister came for a consultation on April 2025, been her the beneficiary. My sister wanted to submit a petition for an status adjustment, the petitioner would be my other sister who is US citizen. The attorney said it was possible, she was charged 2k to submit the I-130, but it never got submitted because the attorney changed her mind and said it was not possible to submit this petition. The attorney confirm this after receiving the 2k, it is against the law to receive a payment without working on the case. I left a message with the paralegal and receptionist, I hope we can come to an agreement between us, or please let me know if we should bring this matter to the state bar. Thank you so much!
