Deeply disappointed. It’s been (nine) 9 months since my wife and I finalized all paperwork with the firm and we’ve had ZERO results. Nothing. The last straw was that after successfully getting “approval” from them to pause our payments for a few months, we were told by Antonio Mijares that we will no longer be represented by the firm nor will we get any help from them for the duration of the paused payments. Keep in mind we have paid nearly $8,000.00 so far. That was never disclosed to us during our last two in-person meetings with them, one in which we requested the pause.

This lawfirm will take your money and run. They took over my moms case, as she was detained by ICE. They said they would help and do everything they can but they didn’t do anything. We delivered all the paperwork in their office within 2 days that was needed for her court date. We had to keep calling for updates and they just kept saying someone was going to call us back. We called a week before the court date asking if they submitted the paperwork, they said yes and they had everything they needed. We called everyday for 5 days leading up to my moms court date and could not get anyone to tell me who was appointed to her case or how court will go. They kept saying someone was going to call me 2 days or 1 day before the court but no call was made to us. The day before they were asking for last minute paper work. The day of court they didn’t even fight for my moms case. They asked for a extension to review the case. We found out from another lawyer that it was because they never submitted any paper work. So now my mom is sitting in a detention center in the worst possible conditions you can imagine. This law firm lied to us and failed us. I would not trust them. Once they have the money they ask they don’t care about their clients. Please give your business to a more honest and accountable law firm.

This is a scam, paid $150 for a virtual consultation I woke up early and had a long drive just to have a virtual consultation they never mentioned this was going to be a virtual consultation and now that I’m reading all the reviews it makes sense. They make you sign a document saying you will not record and it makes sense since they want you to lie and say you’re a victim of abuse.
