Deeply disappointed. It’s been (nine) 9 months since my wife and I finalized all paperwork with the firm and we’ve had ZERO results. Nothing. The last straw was that after successfully getting “approval” from them to pause our payments for a few months, we were told by Antonio Mijares that we will no longer be represented by the firm nor will we get any help from them for the duration of the paused payments. Keep in mind we have paid nearly $8,000.00 so far. That was never disclosed to us during our last two in-person meetings with them, one in which we requested the pause.

Don't waste your money. I paid $298.00 for me and my husband and you don't even get to talk to the attorney. You talk to representative that seems to be trained just to say the basic. She doesn't have access to records, cannot answer intense questions and doesn't provide with good information. It seems we were speaking to a robot person that was only trained to answer the same thing. For $149 per person consultation of 30 minutes the least you deserve is to speak to an actual attorney and to get answers for your questions. Very disappointing experience. You don't get the chance to complain because you will never get to surpass the front office staff or the 855 number staff; they are unable to give you an answer, they are unable to make a complaint nor provide a number to make the complaint.

I never give 1 stars to business because I believe in reputation and customer service speaks for themselves. I have to say though the customer service and communication I have had with Meneses has been disappointing. I reached out mid February due to multiple recommendations to schedule an appointment for my partner and provided all the Initial Information and paid for the consultation. Since then it has been a hassle of calls and communications with no result. When I called today and spoke with a representative by the name Jeffrey I believe that’s what he said he was partially rude and didn’t listen to my concerns when I explained my reason for calling. I expressed multiple times that I did not need a call callbackany longer as we were getting no where (to which he never took my number) I expressed I wanted to speak to someone to file a complaint he hung up on me. During the call I had expressed how Menses Law had failed me and he obviously showed lack of empathy. I wanted to give a chance but clearly it’s not meant to be while my experience was horrible and I do not recommend, if you do proceed with them I hope you have a much better communication, compassion and service then me and my family. We will be seeking another lawyer to proceed with had I know this would have been the service I received I would have saved the consultation fee and the 3 months that have now gone down the drain.
