Horrible serice they deserve less than 1 star. All of my original documents were lost,and they were not able to do anything about it. I was told was to pay again to schedule a new app and see if the lawyer would take my case withput any original documents

They didn't do anything besides take $500 from me to put me on a forgiveness program and then literally a year later they send me the letter saying that the program or whatever was successful, well no dip Sherlock, it's not September of 2024 anymore it's June of 2025 I don't know why they sent this letter to me a year later. That's kinda bs. You didn't have to charge me $500 to pretty much do nothing and be a whole entire year late in the letter.
