Paid for a consultation to get a second opinion on my case. on the same day I got a scheduled callback from Steve. While I was telling him about my case he was playing with his computer. Ended up getting zero advice/opinion/consultation. If you guys charging people for consultation, at least you could pretend that you are listening. UPDATE: in the response to my review the owner stated that they will reach out to me to show me that they took notes and was not playing with their computer, also the stated that they will issue a refund because I was not satisfied with the service (or lack there of) that was provided. None of that happened. I just thought that may be a good thing to know when you thinking where to bring your business.
