Daryl Takeno was invaluable in helping my wife Yuko and I obtain her Adjustment of Status. He provided clear instructions, timelines and procedures for us to follow. Completed and submitted the necessary forms to USCIS, coached us through the interview process and was present by phone for our appointment. All service was provided bilingual for my wife, a great benefit for her comfort and understanding. My husband and I were referred to Migration Counsel from a co-worker who married a Japanese National. We attended their Free online consultation and Atty. Daryl Takeno was very informative. We researched other attorneys but decided to retain Atty. Takeno and his team. Once decided, we met in person and Mr.Takeno and his assistant Ms. Nakano provided us with all the necessary documents that needed to be completed prior to filing to USCIS. Mr. Takeno and his team patiently assisted us completing all the necessary application forms. Once completed, all the application forms were submitted. From the submission of all the forms, we received the notice to complete the biometrics appointment approximately 1 month after filing. Our interview was conducted approximately 3 months later. Interview completed well as Atty. Takeno prepared us for the USCIS interview. I am extremely happy for the result that Migration Counsel team had provided. They were very responsive every step of the process and answered all questions that gave us the confidence where there may have been some uncertainty otherwise. Mahalo nui loa to Migration Counsel!
