Daryl Takeno was my hero, my savior! He is the man. When I thought everything was over last minute call I was looking for lawyers and everyone wanted to charged me an arm and a leg some others didnt want to touch my case, Daryl open his arms and helped me and my family. It was a long process and he guided me through. Daryl’s set up it’s very professional, he makes appointments to discuss with you and be in the same page. He takes his time and he put heart on your case. I remember our second interview at uscis they made us wait for probably 4-5 hours. Daryl waited with me and make sure everything was fine. What a soldier! I learned Daryl schedule is very busy so he has assistants to help everyone. If you ever have a question then you will have another the next day, I recommend to put all your questions together and then contact him. Please remember having a lawyer doesnt mean you can sit back and sleep on it. Do your own research, give him ideas, be prepared onto what’s next. Dont let him fight for you by himself, fight together. My immigration case was very complicated, the process took almost 1 year. Daryl Takeno took my case after two different attorneys recommended that I would wait one more year before attempting to apply for citizenship. Daryl took his time to understand my case and went above and beyond to help me. He was easy to reach every time I had a question or concern about my case and last month I finally got my citizenship. I would recommend Migration Counsel, and specifically Daryl for any and all Immigration matters. I was living on Maui at the time and found Daryl with a google search. I must say from first contact till case completion I found Daryl to be first rate and very approachable. We started off the process while I lived on Maui and having moved back to the mainland contact was still top notch. We did come across a bit of an issue as having moved to Montana caused a little bit of confusion with immigration. Daryl put forth precedents and a strong argument for me to be sworn in on the day of my interview, but the agency has final word and they referred me to Montana, this glitch showed me that Daryl really cares about his clients and will do anything in his power to get the right result. in conclusion I could not have been more happy with Daryl and the top notch service he supplies. Working Daryl and his team was a great experience. They made it all very simple, right down to the “sign right here” moments. Often times I was out of touch and my wife’s English was not very good at the time but they were patient and understanding. When we were a bit worked up, they took the time to put our worries at ease. Absolutely would recommend.
