My father and I have known the Attorneys..Since he began his career he's always been very caring humanitarian and very understanding..... But I do have to say and it needs to be addressed... That now that he has become Very Busy and has expanded his Law firm..I do feel it has become a little bit more commercialized. when I say this because of the secretaries that are in the front Desks...I don't have a problem... With him , but I do think that the secretaries need to be a little more proper training on how they answer questions and Treat people.... It's an attorney's office....People come to your office because they're seeking advice or some type of guidance... We should have some human traits to people's feelings...Because at the end of the day..We're all GOD'S children and you're in a business that supposedly represents being a humanitarian in a way.. you're not supposed to disregard.. people as if their Questions Have no significance to the individual🙏🙇🏻‍♀️🥰

Miguel Elias answered my fist call at 8:32pm on a Monday (tonight). He was very well informed and personable. I will meet him in person tomorrow morning, because he won’t charge me if he believes in my innocence. He’ll charge the others, and pay himself a small part of those proceeds. I was crashed from behind at high velocity today. It threw my car onto another car ahead of me, on the road home after work. We were a third of a mile from passing the Superdome on our left. All going 50-60mph on my slow lane. I hadn’t felt a crash in 39 years. I’ll miss work tomorrow and expensive taxis will get my dear wife to work and back tomorrow. I’ll be spending plenty, until I can resolve this. I’m going to sleep at ease, thinking that I may have a great guy on my corner. Fairness and profit vs loss and injustice.

I dont know what’s up with this place at all, I can barely get in touch with my lawyer to ask about my case, ive sent like literally 8 voicemails to her assistant nelly rodas and i still never get a response, when i call some people that work here its like me calling is an inconvenience to them, i asked one of the finance department ladies to pass on a word for me to see if i can get any luck through her on contacting my lawyer and she didn’t do anything. Im lost on what to do or what is going on with my case, i was told when i hired them that i would be kept up to date with new laws and plans to keep my case going good and that they would do the most then can to make sure i get more time on my appeal but i can barely get a response, im not saying they are bad lawyers but they do need to improve on communication, which is something very important to me regarding legal matters.

I had a very disappointing experience with Omar at Miguel Elias Law Firm. He never introduced himself, which made the interaction feel cold and unprofessional from the start. He showed no sensitivity to the personal information I shared and even cursed during our conversation—behavior that is completely unacceptable in any professional setting, especially a law office. On top of that, I had to pay $100 just to meet with someone who was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I expected far better and would absolutely not recommend this firm based on my experience.
